Proccessing begins at the time an order is received. We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel your order.

If you have changed your mind and do not wish to receive the items you ordered, simply refuse the delivery upon arrival and we will issue you a refund for the product ordered. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Shipping Methods

We utilize UPS for products shipped to standard street addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Products shipped to P.O. Box addresses, and APO/FPO addresses ship via DHL SmartMail.

Products shipped to Canada may be subject to duty upon delivery.

Sales Tax based on county will be collected for those orders shipped to addresses within the State of New York.

Returns

Our Guarantee! We are dedicated to providing our customers with top quality home fitness products and nutritional supplements. However, we understand returns are sometimes necessary.

All products on this site carry a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping and handling) if you are dissatisfied with your product(s) for any reason. Please keep in mind that the 30 day period begins from the date of receipt.

To return any item(s) you must contact us via our Contact Portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) code, which is your reference number during the return process. Once your request is approved you will receive an e-mail with your RA code along with detailed instructions on how to easily return your product.

We will not accept any returns that do not have an official RA code clearly written or printed on the outside of the box.

All items MUST be returned in their original packaging with ALL original contents including all accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet our requirements. All returns must be received at an authorized Finish Well Fitness return address within 30 days of our issuing the RA.
