The P90X Nutrition Guide was created by author and international fitness expert Carrie Wiatt. In short, this guide was designed to fuel your body as you go through a truly intense workout regimen. Research shows that most of all exercise regimens are ruined at the dinner table. Proper diet is essential to allow the system to have it's full transformation effect. Take the guesswork out of your diet! The Nutrition Guide gives you daily meal plans, recommended foods, and recipes for any meal in the day!

Healthy eating can be tough. Most nutrition plans are heavily weighted toward low calorie intake and essentially starving your body to a thin stomach. This Nutrition plan is quite different. As stated above, the Nutrition Guide has been developed with an intense workout regimen in mind, which means depending on your current weight, a fairly hefty calorie intake to support your workout is probably necessary. You may even find in the beginning of your P90X journey that you can't eat the suggested portions. Bear with us - this plan is designed with your health and fitness as the primary goal!

1. Chest & Back
