MAX Interval Training
Why should you purchase this Workout Program? The answer is simple: It is perhaps the best and most effective cardio workout ever created at this level! This program uses MAX Interval Training which alternates periods of moderate intensity exercise with maximum-intensity; and smaller intervals of intensity with smaller periods of rest. This is called Interval Training, and how it works is by switching gears throughout the workout in order to defeat the “stress adaptation response.” You see, your body will eventually become used to exercising at one level of exertion and cease improving. When you work out with Interval Training, you alternate intensity levels throughout, which forces your body to achieve the highest possible results by creating a cumulative effect.
